New Tax Law
I always need to caution people about reacting too soon to new tax
laws. It's what I call "Premature Calculation."
They aren't real until they are signed by the President. Even then, many
of the law's provisions won't take effect until several years down the
road. Basing your real life plans on those delayed changes is very risky.
As soon as President Bush sign the current legislation into law, I will post
my analysis of how it relates to real life people. As always, I will start
with those provisions that take effect at the earliest times and give examples
of how they can be exploited to save the most in taxes.
